Do you have a contract?

Yes. I send it out to each client after they accept my quote. It is a pdf that must be printed, signed (preferably with blue ink), scanned and emailed to me. I also require the original to be mailed to me or given to me in person. Clients may copy the signed contract for their records.


Do you have a confidentiality agreement?

Part of my contract includes a confidentiality section. I would never disclose any information from or about a client.


How do I pay you?

After my contract is signed, I require half of the estimated cost up front. Once the work is completed, I will send you my time logs for your project along with a final invoice with final payment information on it. You may pay me through my website with a credit card, through PayPal, by check or with cash in person.


What is your cancellation policy?

I or a client may terminate the service at any time. However, the client is responsible for all expenses and work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed at the time (that is determined by me). Should the client cancel after the project is completed, I retain ownership of all copyrights and original work created.


What if I find a mistake?

If I made the mistake, I will fix it at no charge. If you made the mistake, I will record the time it takes me to fix it and charge you accordingly.
